Introduction to Computers Part IV: Shortcuts
Saturday, April 4, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Location: Netzer Room, Christian County Library
Finishing out the series begun in March, this session teaches students to use copy and paste to save
information on the internet to their email or other places on the hard drive. Learn how to keep files
organized neatly so information is easily located on the computer. Learn to create new folders and rename old ones. Learn how to search and find files that you have saved on your computer. Microsoft Word Basics
Monday, May 18, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Learn the basic word processing tasks in Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, and 2013, including creating,

Start Your Family Tree

Begin at the beginning. This Library Community Course covers the basics of tracing your family history. It's for anyone who would like to start working on their genealogy, and those who would like to get the work that they have already done organized in order to continue their research. Microsoft Excel Basics

Does adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing long lists of numbers sound terrifying? Relax and let Excel do the work for you. Crunch those numbers, add charts and graphs, calculate your monthly budget, or keep a tidy address book. Learn the basics of using the Excel spreadsheet program. Registration required.
