Moment in Time
Saturday, April 2nd, 1-2 p.m. Missouri author Ilene Bates from the author’s group Ozarks Homegrown Books wrote Moment in Time. She’ll discuss her experience writing and publishing her historical romance, a blend of time travel, Scottish burr, and true love. Book signing will follow. Three Feet to Now: My American Journey
Saturday, April 2nd, 2-3 p.m. Missouri author Don Schmedmeke from the author’s group Ozarks Homegrown Books will discuss his experience writing and publishing his autobiography, Three Feet to Now: My American Journey, which paints a picture of a contemporary American man doing all he can to build a life and thrive in Post-War America. Read the Movie Book Club: Angels and Demons Film Screening and Book Discussion Saturday, April 23rd, 10 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We’ll read the novel Angels and Demons by Dan Brown during the month of April, then meet to watch the movie and discuss the novel and its film adaption.
