Introduction to Computers Part I: Meet the Computer
Saturday, May 3rd, 10:00-11:00 a.m.

When learning to use a computer, it is best to begin at the beginning. Learn how to turn on the computer. Learn what the basic computer parts are and what they do. Learn how to use a mouse and a touchpad. Learn what the keyboard does and how to improve your typing skills. Learn about storage devices. What are they and what do they do? Introduction to Computers Part II: Software

In the second part of our introduction to computer series we will learn about software. What is the difference between hardware and software? What is software and what job does it perform? Introduction to Computers Part III: Settings

This course, the third part in our series, is all about settings. Learn that it is okay to go into the Control Panel on your computer and some of the functions that it can perform.
